Really friendly, helpful, and genuine people. Helped us out when we were having problems starting our van which we thought was due to the anti theft. Only charged us half an hour labor after spending longer than that helping us find the cause of the problem. Highly recommend these guys if you want quality service.

These guys are soooo friendly and awesome! I had no idea what I was doing while trying to install a stereo from Walmart (so didn't even buy the stereo from them) and they gave me the best customer service! Tim hooked all my wires together for me, even wrapped them and walked me step by step through the process! And then The stereo I bought from Walmart ended up not fitting and they kindly sold me a solid double den and installed it as well! Very professional and helpful! Went to another shop here in bozeman for wiring. Afterwards something just wasn't right. So I took my car back and after messing around with it for atleast 20 minutes, the guy told me that my amp was shot and wasn't getting power to one side. After trying to sell me another amp for $200 I immediately drove out to Sound Pro. Tim came out, messed with the amp for maybe a minute tops and showed me one switch that pretty much fixed everything. Then further explained to me what kind of amp I had. And upon installing a new stereo a couple days later, made it sound 3 times better than what I had expected! When entering the shop I felt like I was dealing with professionals, and I was NOT disappointed or let down.

I've had Sound Pro work on all 3 of my vehicles, each one was treated with professionalism, courtesy and top-notch service. I'd give these guys at 10 but they only go up to 5 stars for reviews.

The guys at Sound Pro are the absolute best! Got me completely setup in one day without an appointment (but please call ahead for their sake). Still rocking my JL system that I've had for over 5 years now!
